For all orders placed through our website, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order, using our fully completed return request forms. Please include your order number and consider sharing the reason for your return, which helps us improve our products and service, although you're not obligated to provide these details.

Once you receive a returns authorization from our customer care team, please return your parcel within 14 days. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging with seals intact. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned products and may make deductions for items that show signs of use.

                                                **UK Returns Process:**
1. Fill and submit our refund and return form within 14 days of receipt.
2. Receive a returns authorization number.
3. Package your return securely, including all original packaging.
4. Send your item back, obtaining a certificate of posting.
5. Your return will be processed, and a replacement or refund will be arranged within 14 days.

                                               **Refunds and Exchanges:**
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take up to five additional working days to be processed by your bank. For exchanges, list the items and reasons on your return form. Differences in cost will be settled according to the value of the replacement item. If an exchange item is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or an alternative selection.

Please be aware that repeated returns may lead to the closure of your account at our discretion. Our events are non-refundable, but you may nominate someone to attend in your place with at least 48 hours' notice if you cannot attend.
